Stand in front of a mirror and repeat with me:
I am worthy.
I am lovable.
I am capable.
I deserve to have fun.
My life is good and I am glad to be alive at this time.
I can find support from other people.
It is okay to ask for help.
It is okay to ask for what I need.
I am accomplished and I acknowledge my successes.
I deserve rest and relaxation.
I deserve happiness.
I do not need to be like everyone else.
I am special and unique.
It is okay that I'm not perfect.
I accept my limitations.
I have the potential to reach most of my goals.
I can try.
I am doing the best I can.
I love myself.
And doesn't that feel good?
