Usually I might think of a day where the sun shines, spreading its sparkling rays, rich and glistening to make the earth come alive. But today is golden because of the energy I'm feeling from family. My son has a turkey to bring to me and we're planning a Thai dinner to celebrate the visit of my daughter and her family. They are arriving tonight from Montana! What a blessing! This week focuses on gratitude, which is part of positive thinking.
The golden day I'm feeling is because of the light that fills me today.

Indeed, the sun actually does cure jaundice.
Yellow is connected to spirituality. In India, yellow is a symbol of peace and knowledge It was the color reserved for royals in China. Yellow stimulates. It is spontaneous, instable yet restorative. It gives warmth and comfort. Too much of it tires the eye.
In your home, you can use yellow lightbulbs to aid with depression or sadness. Use a yellow candle to learn to see the fulfillment of your desires, to stimulate dreams.

So today is a golden day, spiritually powerful, intellectual and memorable.
